General Policies

1. Registration and Fees

• The cost of the courses is 70 euros per month. This amount covers all face-to-face tuition during this period and is due at the beginning of each month.
• Payment of the course fee guarantees the reservation of your place in the corresponding group. Failure to pay on time may result in the risk of losing your place.

2. Returns

• No refunds of any kindregardless of the circumstances. Once payment has been made, the amount is non-refundable.
• Classes missed by the student will not be made up and will not be subject to discounts on future payments.

3. Changes in timetable and attendance

• Any changes to the class timetable will be notified as far in advance as possible.
• It is the student's responsibility to attend scheduled classes. Rescheduling of classes missed due to causes beyond the control of the centre is not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations by the centre

• In the event that the centre has to cancel a class for reasons of force majeure (such as technical problems or external causes), the student will be notified and a way will be found to make up the class, either by rescheduling it or by assigning an additional class.

5. Students' rights

• All students have the right to receive high quality classes, taught by qualified teachers.
• The school is committed to maintaining a respectful and appropriate learning environment for all students.

6. Policy changes

• The centre reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance through official channels.
